- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of American cheese
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for topping
Instructions:
Add salt and pepper to the ground beef, and then form it into 4 burger patties
After cooking the bacon until it's crispy, drain it on paper towels
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350F 175C
Gather three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs
Set up the breading station while the oil heats up
First, coat each hamburger patty evenly in flour
Then, coat them evenly in beaten eggs
Finally, coat them evenly in breadcrumbs
Carefully add the seasoned hamburger patties to the hot oil
Fry for four to five minutes, or until they are golden brown and done the way you like them
Toast the hamburger buns in a separate pan or toaster while the patties are cooking
Take the patties out of the oil and let them drain on paper towels when they're done
Put a slice of American cheese on top of each patty, and then put bacon, lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings on top of those
Then, put the toasted buns on top of that
Serve your Deep Fried Hamburger right away and savor this tasty treat!
