Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados, fresh pineapple, finely chopped red onion, minced jalapeo pepper, and chopped cilantro
Squeeze the juice of 2 limes over the mixture and gently toss to combine
