Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
Slice the top rind off the brie wheel
In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, and maple syrup
Spread the pumpkin mixture over the exposed surface of the brie wheel
Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is soft and gooey
